Returns made easy

If you have purchased a software product that requires a download, we will process your order and send the product details to you via email in a separate message. Please allow for a delivery window of 30 minutes to 8 hours. Be sure to monitor both your inbox and your spam or junk folders, as the email may be filtered there.

For urgent orders, you are welcome to contact us directly. You can either call us at +44 800 009 6658 or send us a text message, and we will prioritise your request.

 
Paypal Orders

If you paid for your order using PayPal and the email associated with your PayPal account is different from your usual email, please check the inbox of your PayPal email address. Additionally, review the spam or junk folders at that address to ensure you don’t miss any important communication.

 
Physical Products

For those who have ordered physical products, rest assured that your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Once shipped, we will send tracking details in a separate email, which will allow you to follow your package’s progress until it reaches your door.

 

Exceptions to your right of withdrawal

Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, these are;

  • customised goods or goods ordered to the customer’s specifications
  • goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • any sealed software, sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed
  • goods that are not suitable to return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons
  • for services such as, but not limited to, installation if the services has been fully performed

My delivery was damaged or incorrect

We’re really sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged. To get this sorted out as fast as possible, just send some photos of the damage to the product and or packaging to our team members at sales@Topkeys.uk Within 48 Hours and include your order number in the subject line.

You will get your refund within 14 days of returning your product. This will go back to your original payment method.
